Mr. Stephen Floyd brings over 33 years of experience in the Permian Basin Oilfield to Legacy Artificial Lift Solutions. For over 18 years he oversaw the growth and expansion of Rolltex, Inc. in Midland, Tx. In 2010 he co-founded Pumping Unit Resources (PUR). PUR was responsible for the introduction of the Champion conventional crank balanced pumping unit, one of the most successful and dependable import pumping units in the industry.

After PUR sold to Schlumberger in 2013, Stephen remained on board with Schlumberger and oversaw the growth of the artificial lift division.

Along with PUR co-founder Sam Burnes, they are proud to reenter the industry bringing the same quality and a higher-level of dependability to the market, with the introduction of the Legacy branded line of artificial lift products and services.
